1. What FPL Shattered is

FPL Shattered provides Fantasy Premier League statistics, predictions, and mini-league intelligence tools. Player stats, fixtures, and general tools are free. A premium tier unlocks deeper mini-league intelligence, either for an individual account or for an entire FPL mini-league.

FPL Shattered is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League in any way. All predictions, projections, and scores shown on the site are estimates for entertainment purposes, not guarantees — we're not responsible for transfer, captaincy, or squad decisions you make based on them.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. You must provide an accurate email address. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

• Every account starts with a free trial covering your first 14 days — no card required. Trials starting shortly before the season begins may run longer, so every new user gets to see at least two full gameweeks before deciding.
• After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription, billed monthly via Stripe.
• An individual subscription unlocks premium access to any league you're in. A league subscription unlocks premium access for everyone in that specific FPL mini-league, priced per 10-team band.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page — this stops future billing, but we don't offer refunds for the remainder of a billing period you've already paid for.
• We may change subscription pricing going forward; we'll give notice before it affects an active subscription.

4. The FPL Shattered League

Anyone with an FPL Shattered account may be eligible for a seat in the FPL Shattered League, subject to an entry deadline each season. Entry details are described on the About page and your account page, and may change season to season.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data from the site outside normal browsing
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Share a paid account's access with people it isn't intended for

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The FPL Shattered name, design, and original analysis are ours. Underlying Premier League and Fantasy Premier League data comes from the official FPL API and belongs to its respective owners; we don't claim ownership of it.

7. No warranty, limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". We work to keep data accurate and the site available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that every statistic or prediction is error-free — underlying data comes from third-party sources (the FPL API and others) outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make in your own FPL team based on information from the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't be excluded under UK law (e.g. for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

8. Changes

We may update these terms or the site's features over time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use FPL Shattered after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
